Resource Management Services
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 13th, 2025 - Lycoming County Resource Management Services Transfer Station, located at 1475 West Third Street in Williamsport, will increase its fees effective Monday, October 13, 2025. A Material Impact Fee will also be added to the fee schedule; this includes any material that causes the Transfer Station to shut down for repairs or significant clean up.
