Storm Recovery Assistance

STORM RECOVERY ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE IN LYCOMING COUNTY
Lycoming County residents affected by the September 2–3 severe storms and flooding can now receive in-person disaster recovery assistance.

A Disaster Loan Outreach Center (DLOC) will open at:

Woodward Township Municipal Building
89 Moore Road Extension
Linden, PA 17744

Opening: Friday, September 25 at 10:00 a.m.

Regular Hours:
Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
The center is scheduled to close permanently at 5:00 p.m. on October 8.

Representatives from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) will be available on site to assist homeowners, renters, businesses, and private nonprofit organizations. Residents can ask questions about available disaster assistance, eligibility, applications, documentation, and next steps in the recovery process.

You do not have to own a business to speak with SBA.

Residents are encouraged to bring available documentation such as photo identification, damage photographs, insurance information, repair estimates, and receipts for storm-related expenses. Do not delay seeking assistance simply because you do not have every document available.

For other non-emergency recovery needs, call 211 or text your ZIP code to 898-211.

Program eligibility varies. Visiting the Disaster Loan Outreach Center does not guarantee financial assistance.
