Hazardous Materials, SARA & LEPC
The Lycoming County Emergency Management Agency works with local emergency responders, businesses, government agencies, and the community to prepare for and respond to hazardous materials incidents.
Through the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), also known as SARA Title III, Lycoming County supports local chemical emergency planning, hazardous chemical reporting, and public access to information about hazardous materials within the community.
